One day, the evil BOBBY BUBBLER summoned his demonic bubbles to conquer PENGUINISTAN.

PENGUINISTAN sends their mightiest bubble destroyer, BILLY POPPER.

BILLY POPPER says: “I am here to chew bubblegum and pop bubbles. And I’m all out of chewing gum!”

Will he be able to POP ALL THE BUBBLES and DEFEAT BOBBY BUBBLER?
